  • APEX ROADSIDE SERVICE – SERVICE DISCLAIMER & WARRANTY

    Roadside and emergency services (including jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, battery installation, and temporary repairs) are provided as-is and without warranty, express or implied, due to the emergency and limited diagnostic nature of such services.

    Scheduled maintenance and non-emergency repairs include a 90-day labor warranty covering defects in workmanship directly related to the original repair. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, unrelated failures, or consequential damages. Vehicle must be returned to Apex Roadside Service for inspection prior to warranty consideration.

    Parts are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty. Apex Roadside Service does not provide additional parts warranties unless stated in writing.

  • We offer pricing based on service type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

    Sometimes jobs change and thus, so does the price. In these situations, we will always get your approval and update your quote before we proceed.

  • Two reasons.

    First, it creates transparency in pricing and allows you to see exactly what you are paying for.

    Secondly, if we averaged out our pricing to include potential additional charges, you may end up paying for services you don’t actually need and we don’t feel that is fair to our valued customers.

  • We always to try to respond to calls for service immediately. We may be delayed if we are on another call or experience heavy traffic, but fast response is our priority and we will be transparent and communicative throughout the process.
